All JASSWAY products directly purchased from JASSWAY are covered by warranty. The JASSWAY products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a certain period
from the date of purchase.
General Warranty
The products purchased directly from JASSWAY are provided with 18-25-month limited warranty. The warranty is limited to ordinary defects and covers standard repairs and product exchange.
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase. If it is caused by opening the device by human operation and cannot be used, it will no longer be covered by the warranty.
Our products have certificates like CE, FCC and RoHS etc, also LSCD which is needed in European countries.
