Product Description

This fully automatic cold roll forming machine continuously produces light steel keels, C/U channels, and architectural profiles. The machine features a reinforced frame and precision hardened rollers, paired with a PLC control system for integrated feeding, punching, forming, and cutting. Dimensional accuracy is stable with tight tolerances.
Compatible with galvanized, color-coated, and other metal coils, the machine delivers high output and flexible profile changeover. It is widely used in prefabricated construction, steel structures, door and window frames, and storage racking.
Custom die and machine designs are available based on customer profile drawings, with support for overseas voltage requirements. Each unit is fully tested and debugged before shipment. On-site installation and operator training, along with spare parts supply, are provided. With low failure rates and easy maintenance, this equipment is a reliable automated solution for high-volume metal profile production.
