1)Operating principle
Ultra fine mill consists of main equipment, motor, vertical pipe, powder collector, dust collector, support, etc. The whole production process is manual control. Two ways to feed material, manual or delivery by screw conveyor. After put into the hopper, then material will be intaked to milling room, in which the spindles is rotating with high speed, material will be crushed by striking boards which is fixed on the spindles. Those powder, the fineness of which achieving request, will be intaked to wind room and then get in to powder collector through the pipe, which is the finished product.

2)Characteristics
Compared with other grinders, this equipment with smaller investment, lower noise, no dust, easy operation and maintain, higher fine degree, which can prouce powder more than 600 mesh, the maximum fineness is 1250 mesh.
This machine produced by our company, the material of the striking boards is forged alloy, the scaleboard is high manganese steel, hardness and wearing-resisting degree is greatly improved, and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
