Custom sheet metal fabrication convex pack stamping parts

Stamped convex packs are flat or curved parts that are machined into a convex shape in a stamping process, giving the part better strength and stiffness. Stamped bumps are usually achieved by means of a die.

 

1. Designing the mould: depending on the shape and size of the part, a suitable mould is designed to achieve the convex bale processing.

2. Material placement: the material is placed in the mould and gradually deformed by pressure.

3. Stretch forming: the material is gradually stretched into a raised shape using the mould under a certain stretching force.

4. Shear separation: the formed part is separated from the master plate and cleaned and subsequently processed.

Stamped convex bale is a common metalworking technique that is widely used in the automotive, appliance and electronics industries. It not only improves the strength and stiffness of the product, but also increases the aesthetic appearance and practicality of the product.
