Cured filter paper

The filter paper has not been hardened after being impregnated with phenolic resin, which can not satisfied the stiffness requirements of filter elements.
After being pleated the filter paper will be heated for 10-15 minuters at the 150ºC temperture.
Cured filter paper is widely used to produce oil and fuel filter paper element of heavy trucks, auto and cars.

Uncured filter paper
The uncured filter paper is impregnated with the mosplastic resin (generally is acrylic resin),and it needs little heating during production to guarantee the flexbility under room temperature.

Uncured filter paper is widely used to produce air filter elements of heavy trucks, auto and cars.

2 High filtration effenciency,98% filtration efficiency of *4um particles and 99% filtration efficiency of 6um particles.
3 Up to 800l/m2*s air permeability
4 Oil filter paper can withstand up to 600 kpa pressure
5 Up to 70mn*m high stiffness of cured filter paper.
