Custom Silicone Rubber Heating Elements

The silicone heating pad has advantages of thinness, lightness and flexibility. It can improve heat transfer, accelerate warming and decrease power under the process of operation. Fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber stabilizes the dimension of heaters.

Features:
Designed according to actual shape and dimension, including three-dimensional geometry to meet the requirement of your equipment. Moistureproof and non-slip silicone rubber material offers longer working life of heaters.
Simply sticking to your components through sulfuration, adhesive or fixer.

This drawing explains the surface temperature of a silicone rubber heater when it is not insulated and be put vertically at 20 ºC still air. The data is supported as reference tool according to the standard structure of 1.4mm thickness.
