Overview:

Base Oil	High viscosity base oil	This is high temperature EP grease, for heavy load, high temperature, high speed, stable, and long service live.
Thickener	Polyurea.
Additives	EP, anti-rust, anti-oxidation etc.

 

Features: 

1. Excellent high temperature performance, anti-oxidation, anti-weathering.

1. Stronger EP AW (Extreme Pressure, Anti-wear) capacity, protecting lube part under heavy duty, minimizing noise and vibration.

1. Longer operation life under high temperature and high speed, no dispersing even under extreme high rotation speed.

 

Application: 

Applied to (1) lubrication and sealing of various speed reduction gear box, worm wheel speed reduction equipment, open gear etc. (2) bearing of metallurgical equipment, vehicle, motor bearing, chemical fiber, textile, dyeing, Printing and dyeing, railway locomotive etc. (3) bearing under high temperature, water spray, acid gas and radiation etc. (4) bearing under high speed, heavy load or shock load; and (5) bearing for various machines.
